The Mohlman family founded Tailwind Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to saving animals from high-risk shelters and flying them to safe, loving homes. To support their fundraising efforts, I developed a visual identity that reflects the warmth and care at the heart of their work. The logo blends pets, aviation, and compassion into a single icon, with a dynamic flight path and heart-shaped nose. The color palette draws inspiration from pet-friendly environments, using soft hues to evoke feelings of comfort and hope. The friendly nature of the design aims to unite pet lovers and highlight the importance of giving every animal a chance at a better life.
