Home Field Advantage Campaign

Cardinal Group partnered with Agency FIFTY3 to launch a campaign with two goals in mind: highlighting community amenties and boosting positive reviews from current residents. The overarching theme would be sports and comraderie, but we had to come up with a specific concept that tied to conventional housing. Inspired by the country club lifestyle associated with tennis and golf, Home Field Advantage is retro, cheeky, and easily scalable for various applications. The design is intended to make residents feel like they're "part of the club" and evoke the rewarding feeling that comes with winning a match.
